This role combines creative vision and commercial strategy to ensure every theater screens the perfect mix of blockbusters, indie gems, and specialty features that captivate audiences and maximize returns.

What will you be doing?

• You'll select and negotiate film releases for IMAX, RPX, and other premium formatsbringing the best cinematic stories to life on the big screen.
• You'll forecast box office potential by screening films and analyzing market trendsbecause you know what audiences want before the opening credits roll.
• You'll schedule theaters and manage film placements across competitive zones, ensuring the right film hits the right market at the right time.
• You'll collaborate with distributors, theatre teams, and divisional leaders to maintain a seamless release schedule worthy of a Hollywood premiere.
• You'll analyze performance and market changes, providing insights that keep Regal ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving entertainment landscape.
