Director, Client Support

Full-Time / Direct Hire

Hybrid in Chicago, IL

Base Salary Compensation - $150k-$180k; Rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Minumim of 10 years in client support or service delivery leadership, with global / multi-regional experience.

Experience overseeing customer delivery, onboarding, support and success specifically for a SaaS product company where the focus is on that product

Experience managing support for critical SaaS applications with strict SLA requirements.

Experience building scalable support models.

Expertise in ITIL frameworks and enterprise support platforms - Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, ServiceNow.

Client relationship management and critical issue resolution at Executive-level.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based client success metrics.

Experience with AI, automation, and analytics.

Familiarity with workforce management and time attendance is preffered.

Willingness to travel for customer and internal leadership needs.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
