The Senior Accreditation Professional will regularly interact with Executives, other senior leaders, and their admins, as well as internal and external partners. The Senior Accreditation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data may require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

The Senior Accreditation Professional role emphasizes quality assurance and a commitment to continuous quality enhancement. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 or more years' experience in process improvement, Compliance, Risk Management, and / or program implementation / design
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including both problem solving and technical proficiency
  • Demonstrated skills in Excel
  • Demonstrated excellent time management skills with proven ability to be flexible, adapt to changing environment, handle multiple tasks and deadlines and manage multiple priorities while tracking all deliverables
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated successful relationship building
  • Ability to put context around data and identify problems and solutions
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Experience working with cross-functional business areas
  • Ability to be in the office when the need arises

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced degree in Healthcare Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Experience with QlikView, or other interactive data presentation / analysis applications
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement or roles working in process design / implementation
  • Excellent research and investigative skills

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,400 - $107,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
