Project Manager Ground-Up Construction / Structural Steel

We are seeking a driven Project Manager with experience in either ground-up commercial construction or structural steel projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven success as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are achieved.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to coordinate work efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
