The Lead AI Engineer will be responsible for defining and driving the AI strategy, managing AI projects, and leading a team of engineers to deliver advanced AI solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to guide the development of AI models and applications that address complex challenges and support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy : Develop and execute AI strategies that align with company goals and drive innovation in space technology.
• Team Leadership : Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Integration : Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and products, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements, gather data, and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Research and Innovation : Stay current with AI research and industry trends, incorporating new techniques and technologies into projects to maintain a competitive edge.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models, addressing any issues related to accuracy, scalability, or efficiency.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes, and provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
