This role offers the opportunity for a confident, experienced leader to partner closely with ownership, travel between locations as needed, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance operations, team performance, and profitability.

What You'll Do

As our Practice Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the practice—leading with accountability, building systems for growth, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include :

Operations & Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and patient flow
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster accountability and collaboration
• Ensure a five-star patient experience while optimizing efficiency and workflow
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and supply cost optimization
• Travel to different practice locations when needed to align operations and support growth initiatives
