Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end performance analysis process, including overseeing dual performance evaluation programs
Provide guidance on career and performance-related matters while analyzing engagement surveys and interpreting results
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Advanced or fluent English skills
Solid experience in Performance, Development, and Learning areas
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Administration, or related fields
Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
