At Southwestern Human Services (SHS), our mission is to enhance the quality of each person's life. Located in Bethel Park and Lawrenceville in Pittsburgh, PA, SHS offers a variety of programs for children, adolescents, adults, and families in southwestern Pennsylvania. SHS is a Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic licensed by The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare / Office of Mental Health & Substance Abuse.

Role Description

Southwestern Human Services is currently looking to hire a full-time on-site role for a Psychiatrist. The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Daily tasks include diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, prescribing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Medicine and Psychiatry skills
• Experience in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health
• Adolescent Psychiatry expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Board certification in Psychiatry
• Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
