Our People Make the Difference! Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Vehicle Titling Representative!
To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager :
- Contact dealers and members through telephone, direct computer access, or letters to address titling issues. Follow up on pending titles within specified timeframes. Process DMV Helpdesk tickets promptly and address questions / requests from staff and members.
- Prepare and respond to payoff requests from dealers, members, and financial institutions. Process daily mail, file documents, and record detailed notes in FDI / DealerTrack. Collaborate with the Collections Department on repossessed vehicles, including title requests.
- Safeguard all original paper titles and maintain organized files for title documentation. Scan, store, and submit paper titles to FDI / DealerTrack for the title release process.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions.
- Perform other lending or related duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Will Possess :
High School Diploma / GED required.Proficient in member service, relationship management, organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving, adept at prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.Proficient in Credit Union products / services, policies, procedures, regulations, lending systems, security agreements, and terminology; dedicated to continuous learning and adapting to new skills and software applications.Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Salary Range : $20.51-$28.35
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location.
