Key Responsibilities
Align with customer stakeholders to ensure value delivery throughout the customer journey
Orchestrate onboarding experiences and evaluate account health through metrics and dashboards
Develop success plans and renewal strategies while identifying risks and opportunities for expansion
Required Qualifications
8 or more years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role
Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams such as cybersecurity or DevOps
Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
Knowledge of solving complex problems using internal resources
Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
