Location : Houston, TX
Salary : $18 - $22 / hr.
Job Summary : The Warehouse Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouses by managing and organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. The Warehouse Technician is responsible for maintaining accuracy and timeliness in inventory management and order fulfillment processes. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to safety and organizational standards. The Warehouse Technician shall help in areas in the plant and yard where needed guided by the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, the Resin Regen Plant Manager or Lead Resin Regen Technician.

What You’ll Do : Inventory Management
Monitor, organize, and maintain inventory to ensure products are stored properly and readily accessible.
Conduct regular inventory counts to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) to ensure real-time accuracy.Report low-stock items and assist with inventory replenishment planning.Order Fulfillment
Pick, pack, and prepare products accurately according to customer orders.
Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips, labels, and inventory systems.Ensure timely fulfillment of orders to meet shipping deadlines.Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues or discrfepancies.Shipping Documentation
Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and labels.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.Track shipments and communicate status updates as required.Forklift Operations
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently.
Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.Adhere to safety protocols while operating forklifts, especially in crowded or confined spaces.Organization and Cleanliness
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Ensure all products, tools, and equipment are stored in designated locatioons.Dispose of waste materials properly and follow recycling procedures.Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to support operational efficiency.What You’ll Need :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications in warehouse operations or logistics are a plus.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes.Skilled in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred.Familiarity with shipping documentation and procedures is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment :
Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs regulary.Exposure to varying temperatures in warehouse and shipping areas.May require working overtime, weekends, or holidays to meet operational demands.
