Our client is a prominent civil engineering firm known for delivering innovative solutions in site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects. They are committed to producing quality work while fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.

POSITION PROFILE :

Our client seeks a skilled Civil Engineer to join their civil engineering practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the design of site development and infrastructure projects, with the ability to plan, develop, and direct engineering projects of varying complexity. The ideal candidate will establish client confidence through practical and timely engineering solutions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Plan and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they meet client needs and standards.
  • Manage project budgets and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and local design codes and standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • PE license in Oklahoma or eligibility for licensure by comity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Willingness to take on increased responsibilities and demonstrate progressive experience.
