ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Route Service & Sales Representative to join our team in Elk Grove Village!

In this role, you will :

• Interact with customers daily and be the point of contact to ensure our customers’ needs are thoroughly met
• Build strong relationships with customers and build sales growth on an established route
• Provide world class service to our customers and suggest solutions with our industry leading environmental and safety products
• Operate 26 ft box truck to deliver product and provide ITU AbsorbTech's Genuine Service Excellence

Schedule : 6am start time, Monday-Friday. Overnight route on Wednesdays, every other week. No weekends or holidays!

Pay : Average total compensation is $65,000-$69,000 a year. Compensation is made up of hourly wage + route volume commission + other sales commission opportunities!

Education and Experience :

A High School Diploma and 3+ years of combined sales and / or customer service experience is required. Previous professional driving experience is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
