Position Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Public Relations Specialist I for the Dean's Office within the School of Engineering. Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Public Relations Specialist I provides support across the various marketing and communication efforts on behalf of the School of Engineering.
Among the key duties of the position are the following :
- Provides support related to social media, school and department websites, print materials, events including convocation and alumni awards dinner, alumni engagement through newsletters and other publications.
- Provides administrative duties related to accounting and procurement for outside editorial, design, photography and video vendors.
- Trafficks workflow for print and other projects.
