This role requires working in-person at our main office in Rock Island, IL.
What are the working hours in this position? :
In this role, you are scheduled to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with the flexibility to work outside of our regular business hours to attend and assist at events.
What does a Marketing and Donor Relations Assistant do?
As a Marketing and Donor Relations Assistant, you will serve as the right-hand person of the Chief Development and Strategy Officer and the Outreach Admissions Coordinator. Within this role, some of your responsibilities would include coordinating agency marketing and communications across digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing, as well as maintaining the donor database. The assistant will also coordinate promotional materials, outreach efforts, logistics, and brand collateral for events to maximize attendance and make a lasting impact.
