Job Description

We are looking for a professional person to join our On-Site Support Team. The On-Site Technician staff are deployed to customer locations for in-person support and provide back-end remote support as well. You’ll be able to provide equipment installation, end-user support, network infrastructure installation, network programming, along with other IT projects.

You'll immediately begin working on :

  • Coordination with ISPs and other PCS team members for router programming and deployment
  • Network infrastructure upgrades at a variety of customer locations.
  • Deployment and installation of new end-user equipment.
  • Ensuring that end-users’ concerns are listened to, are promptly addressed and their IT  problems are effectively resolved.

There are a few requirements for the job that must be met. The selected candidate :

  • Must have a degree in an Information Technology-related discipline at an accredited technical school or college or equivalent work experience.
  • General technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS for troubleshooting processes.
  • Must be able to demonstrate IT problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate VLAN Programming on network equipment.
  • Must be able to effectively concentrate while handling multiple tasks when priorities shift.
  • Must have experience with hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights using ladders and lift equipment.
