CSET is seeking to fill positions within our Youth Workforce

CSET is looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to work as a Senior Program Specialist in the Tulare ECA office. Qualified candidates must be team-oriented, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and well organized. Applicants must have the ability to work with customers of diverse backgrounds. The eligible individual will identify potential eligible youth and provide those youth with an orientation covering the full array of applicable services available and how to access those services. Will be responsible for determining and maintaining eligibility for all youth applicants, and enrollments, conducting work readiness workshops, youth development, job training placement, and performance outcome requirements.

It is our company policy to conduct fingerprint testing with each employee upon hire if they are assigned to work with our agency.   Fingerprint status is a condition to employment with C-SET.
