Job Title : Personal Assistant to the CEO - Part-Time

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a growing preschool and education organization. This part-time role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both professional and personal executive tasks. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and reminders with precision.
- Screen and triage emails, draft professional communications, and handle sensitive information.
- Coordinate domestic travel and provide occasional airport drop-offs / pick-ups.
- Support business operations, including scheduling calls, preparing agendas, and tracking weekly goals.
- Prepare professional documents, presentations, and standard operating procedures using Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana preferred).
- Attend meetings as needed, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Serve as the CEO's gatekeeper, managing priorities and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications :
Local to Pitt / Craven County, NC, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or senior administrative support.Proficient in Google Workspace; project management tool experience (Asana preferred; GoHighLevel, ProCare, or Rippling a plus).Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality (NDA required).Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor.What We Offer :
