Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Home Health RN for a 5x8s day shift assignment in Lebanon, Pennsylvania . This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, patient-centered care, and working in a dynamic field environment offering $2,520 Weekly.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Lebanon and surrounding areas

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and update documentation in EMR systems

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and care plans

Monitor changes in patient condition and respond accordingly

Maintain compliance with agency protocols and regulatory guidelines

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license)

Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience required

OASIS documentation experience is required

BLS certification required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Excellent clinical, communication, and time-management skills
