What You’ll Do

As a  Detail Specialist , you’ll help bring vehicles back to life — making sure every car that leaves our lot shines like new. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will ensure every customer drives away happy.

Day-to-day responsibilities include :

Cleaning, waxing, polishing, and detailing vehicles (both new and pre-owned)

Inspecting finished work to ensure the highest quality standards

Following specific customer requests and delivering exceptional service

Maintaining and caring for detailing tools and equipment

Reporting any vehicle damage promptly and clearly

Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations

Upholding Walt Massey’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

A  positive, can-do attitude  and strong work ethic

A  team player  with leadership potential and a desire to learn

Strong communication and customer service  skills

A  valid driver’s license  with a clean driving record

Experience in detailing or automotive work is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person!
