• Setup 4 and 5-Axis CNC equipment to produce high quality parts.
• At least 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Interpret and Edit G and M Code.
• Understand speeds and feeds with an ability to optimize as needed.
• Proficient with Mastercam, Solidworks, Vericut, and / or equivalents.
• Able to effectively communicate with all shop personnel.
• Self-motivated, well organized, with high attention to detail.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other various shop tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to leave ego at the door, and always willing to learn.
