Description
The Trust Administrator II role will be responsible for serving as a relationship manager to routine and standard client relationships. This role participates in the management and administration of assigned trust accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. It may also act as an intermediary on behalf of clients and coordinate service activities across the organization.

Position Responsibilities :
Administration
- Manages routine accounts under the supervision of a Trust Advisor, in accordance with governing documents, laws, and client needs.
- Reviews and confirms document analysis, evaluates account completeness and accuracy, monitors transactions, drafts responses, and ensures compliance with policies and laws.
- Handles client inquiries, responds to administrative and transactional concerns, and observes investment program implementations.
- Works with a Trust Advisor to resolve issues such as special distributions, fee disputes, or other client requests.
- Oversees account opening and closing, ensuring proper documentation, asset transfer, and accurate account characterization and tax codes.
- Monitors and tracks tax reporting activities in coordination with senior Trust Administrators.
Compliance
Follows all compliance requirements under supervision, including Reg 9 reviews, proper documentation, AML training, and other mandatory training.Stays informed on fiduciary, tax, and legal changes affecting client accounts.Team Member Responsibilities
