Job Description :

• Ensure prescreen is completed and attached when submitting candidates.
• Attach the resume and license verification; candidates will be declined if these items are not attached.
• Provide high-quality rehabilitation therapy services as a Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Assess and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
