Primary Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to handle and direct incoming calls to the correct individual or department in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Responsible to assist with medical records functions and general clerical tasks
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance and an organized work area

Required Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
  • 3+ months of experience in answering a telephone system
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated PC and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a courteous, compassionate and friendly demeanor
  • Proven excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills delivered with clear tone of voice
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate in related field
  • 1+ years of experience in answering a multi-line telephone system
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated familiarity with PBX online reporting system
  • Experience with EMR / Epic, Word, Excel and familiarity with medical terminology
  • Bilingual-English / Spanish
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
