Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented customer service representative to support our logistics and operations team. This role requires strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication abilities, and a polished, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will be responsive to client inquiries, manage high volumes of pick-up coordination, and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email and phone
- Maintain a professional appearance and use courteous, business-appropriate language in all interactions
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage and oversee Foresea pick-ups (approx. 150 / month) from suppliers across multiple states
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate pick-up scheduling
- Manually update and maintain the pick-up log to cross-check requests with warehouse receipts
- Track and reconcile cost vs. selling price for each pick-up to ensure profitability
- Utilize Excel to manage data, generate reports, and support decision-making
- Assist with OSD (Over, Short, and Damaged) and RTP (Release to Pack) processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction
