Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Connect with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
Documentation : Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded accurately in our CRM system.
Problem-solving : Address client queries and concerns efficiently, providing resolution in a timely manner.
Policy Management : Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and adjustments as needed.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client portfolios.
Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide informed advice and service to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess a current Florida P&C insurance license. (220 or 440)
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service : Strong dedication to providing a positive customer service experience.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM systems and insurance-related software.
Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setup, managing in-office and remote tasks efficiently.
