Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager | Clinical Operations Leader

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager, where you'll lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional maternal care services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Labor and Delivery department while ensuring optimal patient outcomes and staff development.

Core Responsibilities :

Direct and oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence
Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction metrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery
Oversee budget management and resource utilization

Required Qualifications :

Current RN license in good standing

Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in Labor & Delivery

Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma

Strong clinical knowledge of maternal health services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB)

Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration

Experience with quality improvement initiatives
