Shift :   Days / 6 : 45a-7 : 15p, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length : 13 Weeks

Weekend Requirements : 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.Holiday Requirements : Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Requirements :

AZ license

2 years' ER experience

Must have trauma Level I / II in the past three years

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS

TNCC preferred

Other Details : Ratios : 1 : 5 medical, 1 : 6 for fast track.Radius Rule : 100 milesEpic EMR proficiency required - must have experience within the last two years.
