Howard Head Sports Medicine (HHSM), in partnership with Vail Health, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team located at the Vail Howard Head Clinic . This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to a wide variety of patients—from weekend warriors to elite athletes—in a state-of-the-art facility right in the heart of Vail.

Evaluate patients using appropriate tests and measurements to determine level of function and create individualized treatment plansEstablish physical therapy interventions based on physician orders and patient goalsDeliver competent and safe therapy techniques in accordance with best practicesEnsure continuity of care through effective communication with other providersDocument patient progress and submit billing in a timely mannerProvide patient / family education on home programs and self-care strategiesParticipate in clinical instruction and mentoring of PT / PTA studentsRepresent HHSM in community events and professional engagementsFloat between various HHSM locations within Eagle County as neededMust be HIPAA compliant and demonstrate the values of a Just CultureWho You Are
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado, or hold a valid PT Compact PrivilegeHold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitted to evidence-based practice and clinical growthComfortable working in different clinic environments and adapting to team needsNew graduates are welcome to applyReady to Join Us?
