Customer Service Representative Rochester MN

We are looking for a full or part-time customer service representative for a full-service agency in Rochester, MN. The individual we are seeking exhibits exceptional people skills but also has the ability to work independently on data entry projects where attention to detail is critical. Insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Job Duties

• Answer general insurance questions from customers.
• Gather information from customers and enter it into multiple company websites to provide competitive quotes.
• Process policy changes and requests for insurance certificates.
• Data-entry into the Agency Management System.
• Ability to compare insurance policies for coverages, and offer additional coverages to customers.

Required Education / Experience / Licensure

Job Type : Full-time or Part-time / Need is Approx. 30 Hrs. week but is flexible.

Compensation : $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
