Position Title : Warehouse Technician
Contract Duration : 08 months with possible extension
Location : Salt Lake City, UT
Must haves :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse or related experience in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries .
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Client Office ; experience with LMS, ERP, or similar systems preferred.
- Forklift experience / certification preferred.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Sampling Technician is responsible for executing the sampling function within the warehouse, including receiving, sampling, staging, and maintaining inventory records. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and cGMP standards while supporting other warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and sample all raw materials, chemicals, and supplies in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.Maintain and track sample quantities in the electronic inventory system.Properly stage materials for production areas to ensure efficient workflow.Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for controlled and non-controlled substances.Complete required documentation for Production, QC, and R&D, ensuring accuracy in all manual and electronic records.Control and monitor access to controlled substance storage areas.Train new employees on sampling processes and procedures.Ensure sampling workflow supports production schedules and minimizes downtime.Support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory maintenance.Maintain compliance with all training requirements, cGMP, SOPs, and safety policies.Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational standards.Perform additional related duties as assigned.Skills & Abilities
