Process Engineer III, Electromechanical

We are seeking a Process Engineer III specializing in Electromechanical systems to join our Biotechnology Engineering division. This role involves applying expert engineering principles to the design, enhancement, and maintenance of electromechanical systems that are crucial in mental health biotechnological applications. The ideal candidate will contribute both technically and collaboratively to our interdisciplinary teams pursuing innovation in biotechnological solutions aimed at resilience, mental health, and well-being. Develop and optimize processes for the production and testing of biotechnological devices focused on mental health applications. Lead the design, testing, and integration of electromechanical components within a regulated environment. Collaborate with other engineering and scientific teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems. Supervise and review the work of junior engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring. Manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that all engineering solutions comply with industry standards and project requirements. Maintain documentation throughout all phases of the engineering process. Participate in risk assessment, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Expertise in electromechanical system design and integration. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CAD and other engineering tools. Excellent project management abilities and experience with leading teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve complex problems and perform detailed analysis on electromechanical systems.
