An opportunity to join a high-performing FP&A team within a global leader in medical technology. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, visibility across multiple business units, and the chance to make an impact in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly financial close activities, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
  • Partner with divisional management to identify business drivers and cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare reporting and presentations for senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience (pure finance, not accounting or audit)
  • Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
