- Position Summary The PEO Sales Broker is responsible for generating new business opportunities by promoting and selling PEO and HR outsourcing services to small and mid-sized companies.
- This role requires a consultative sales approach, relationship management, and strong business acumen to identify client needs and deliver customized workforce solutions.
- Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new PEO prospects through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client pain points in payroll, benefits, risk management, and compliance.
- Present tailored PEO solutions and proposals that demonstrate ROI and compliance advantages.
- Negotiate terms and close new business contracts in coordination with underwriting and onboarding teams.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with CPAs, insurance brokers, and other business professionals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client transition and high retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, employment laws, and competitive offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications Experience :
Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PEO, payroll, insurance, or HR outsourcing industries.Knowledge :
Understanding of HR compliance, benefits administration, and workers’ compensation preferred.Skills :
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Traits :
Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and goal-oriented with a track record of closing deals.Education :
