As a Studio Manager (SM), you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and group personal training teams in our facilities. This critical position requires a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. The SM must execute lead generation and marketing strategies to increase fitness program sales and promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high-caliber approach to coaching and staff development, be familiar with the local community, and love the brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and exceed all OTF sales and operational budgets
  • Lead and coordinate sales initiatives such as pre-sale events, studio events, and outreach
  • Oversee the sales process and systems
  • Manage, monitor, coach, develop, and evaluate all OTF-related managers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with OTF Business Policies for daily operations
  • Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of studio staff
  • Recruit and onboard new employees
  • Optimize class sizes through effective scheduling
  • Create a high-energy culture with contests and incentives
  • Lead by example in all studio activities
  • Train and mentor staff for ongoing success and growth
  • Maintain brand consistency in all actions
  • Empower and evaluate sales and fitness team responsibilities
  • Handle disciplinary actions as needed
  • Meet performance metrics such as KPIs, revenue, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance
  • Drive sales through outreach programs

    • OPERATIONAL DUTIES

  • Conduct 30-60-90 day and annual performance reviews
  • Enforce corporate policies and systems
  • Ensure proper functioning of front desk systems and customer service standards
  • Plan and promote monthly studio events for outreach and community involvement
  • Maintain the facility's cleanliness and operational condition

    • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven sales leadership experience is REQUIRED
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience, including staff oversight
  • Experience in the health & fitness industry preferred
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle client and staff concerns
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management experience preferred
  • Team-oriented and flexible to work various hours
  • Passion for fitness and health is strongly preferred
