Location : Wausau, WI
FTE : 1.0
OPPORTUNITY :
- Time will be split between clinical work and admin time for program development
- Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance
- No Palliative call
- Hospice call 1 : 6, call only
- Highly collaborative team of APCs
- Knowledge and understanding of the Palliative model preferred
- Palliative fellowship and or experience in Palliative Care / Hospice required
