Senior ERM Program Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. ERM Program Manager to lead and enhance their Enterprise Risk Management program.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and implement enterprise governance and risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures

Drive partnerships with risk management functions and business unit leaders to identify and assess risks

Develop and implement risk reporting for executive-level presentations and manage the annual Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Report

Required Qualifications

A four-year degree in a relevant field

7+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years of direct ERM experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate autonomously

Technical knowledge of ERM frameworks and risk management concepts

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with insurance risks
