Key Responsibilities
Build trusted advisor relationships with partners and leverage Microsoft strategies to identify growth opportunities
Advocate for partners within the organization and support opportunity pipeline development
Drive business growth by creating a strategic vision for partnerships and achieving sales KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development
4+ years of experience in the computing and device market, including distribution and supply chain channels
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 8+ years of experience is preferred
10+ years of experience in global sales and marketing with complex partners is preferred
Proven ability to lead and influence virtual sales teams across regions
