General Superintendent

An established construction firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Superintendent specializing in concrete construction . This role is ideal for a proven leader who can successfully manage complex projects from start to finish with precision and strong leadership. This is a full-time, onsite position — hands-on involvement is essential.

As a Senior Superintendent , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring concrete construction projects are executed to the highest standards. From planning and scheduling through final installation, you will focus on maintaining safety, quality, and project deadlines while leading teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage concrete construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire project teams, including foremen, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to meet all project requirements.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, fostering a safe work environment.
• Monitor project milestones, quality control, and adherence to specifications and client expectations.
• Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Proactively address and resolve project challenges, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Conduct site inspections and status meetings to track progress and implement improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, budgets, and completion tasks.
