Baird Holm is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team! This individual will work with firm management in the development of strategic plans relating to marketing and business development efforts, including facilitating existing marketing campaigns and strategies. If you are a goal-driven, experienced and creative Marketing professional with excellent leadership abilities, possess the ability act as a bridge to all levels of the organization, and have stellar verbal and written communication skills, this position may be for you!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Manages all firm marketing activities, projects, and events as established in the annual marketing plan to align with firm initiatives. Ensures all activities are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner and consistent with the firm's brand and quality reputation.
• Supports attorneys and practice group leaders with marketing, business development, and promotional initiatives.
• Prepares annual marketing budget and reviews actual expenses on a quarterly basis to ensure operation of department is consistent with budgeted resources; manages / approves all marketing related expenditures.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to Marketing Department personnel.
• Manages the public relations and media functions for the firm.
