Overview
We are looking for a qualified Construction Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in the concrete / facade restoration industry to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH area. Our ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail and time management.
Duties
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine accurate cost estimates.
- Direct day-to-day activities on-site and manage subcontractor performance.
- Maintain and update project budgets, forecasts, and job cost reports.
