About the Founder

CoreAIVideo was founded by Nadeem Arif, who brings 30+ years of tech and entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & CEO of Outsourcing4work GmbH (Germany). Since 2007, Nadeem has been living with ME / CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)—a debilitating illness that has left him 80% disabled and bedridden.

Due to health reasons, Nadeem will step down as CEO and dedicate his focus on driving the product at CoreAIVideo.

Core Responsibilities

Lead pre-seed fundraising efforts (angels, seed funds, strategic partners).

Lead the overall company strategy with a strong focus on AI innovation, financial sustainability, and scalable sales growth.

Build and manage a high-performing, global remote sales team with clear KPIs and rapid execution.

Define and drive go-to-market strategies targeting real estate professionals in the U.S.

Cultivate strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships that support long-term expansion.

Work closely with the founder to shape the company’s AI roadmap and ensure alignment across tech, sales, and funding initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Proven record in executive leadership with a strong focus on sales, ideally in AI / SaaS.

Entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven approach to hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.

Comfortable in engaging with investors and forging strategic partnerships that foster long-term business development.

Fluent in German and English.

Highly motivated to operate in a 100% remote, growth-centric environment.

The Collaboration & Financial Setup

Sweat Equity + Commissions :

Initially, your compensation will be in the form of sweat equity plus commissions.

Post-Funding Salary :

Once our pre-seed fundraising round is complete, we’ll shift you into a salary model.
