About The Position

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 43-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting on Sep 15, 2025. The selected candidate will work as the sole provider in a primary care clinic, with a weekly schedule that includes variable daytime shifts from Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the sole healthcare provider, managing all clinical duties.
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to employees and their families.
  • Handle front office duties and perform blood draws when necessary.
  • Manage patient records and documentation using the Epic EMR system.

  • Required Board Certifications : Family Medicine
  • Must have a valid New York state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with workers' compensation cases in New York.
  • Must be comfortable working independently, including managing the clinic alone if needed.
