Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

After-school and Saturday availability preferred, with a higher hourly wage for sessions between 4 PM - 8 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking  compassionate and dedicated   Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)  to join our growing team. In this role, you will work  one-on-one with clients , implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our  Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)  and supporting each client’s unique goals.   • RBT / BT Responsibilities

  • Provide  ABA therapy  in various settings, including the  client’s home, school, or community , as directed by the  BCBA  and in accordance with  RBT guidelines .
  • Implement  individualized treatment plans  with  consistency and fidelity  under BCBA supervision.
  • Collect and  accurately record data  to track client progress and behavior changes.
  • Collaborate with  BCBAs and team members , participating in regular  supervision meetings and training sessions .
  • Offer  compassionate support  to clients and families, building  rapport  and fostering a  positive therapy experience .
  • Adhere to  company policies and ethical guidelines  to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • Engage in  ongoing training and professional development  to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Requirements

  • Current RBT certification  through the  Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)  ( or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law ).
  • High school diploma or equivalent  ( Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus ).
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated  to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
  • Strong  interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to  follow detailed instructions , implement treatment plans accurately, and  collect data  as directed.
  • Physical ability  to work with young children, including  sitting, standing, lifting, and movement  during therapy sessions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  if travel to client locations is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with children, especially in  ABA therapy or special education .
  • Bilingual abilities  (a plus).
  • Strong  organizational skills and attention to detail , particularly in  data collection .
  • Interest in a  long-term career in behavioral health , with aspirations to  pursue further ABA certifications .
