Title : Director of Operations - ABA Location : Cypress, TX Position Summary

The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and performance management of Spectrum of Hope's operational and administrative functions. This leadership role ensures that the organization operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of care for our clients. The Director of Operations plays a key role in driving organizational growth, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership

Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations.

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's mission, goals, and growth plans.

Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure operational support for treatment delivery and clinical excellence.

Team Management

Supervise and mentor department managers and administrative teams to promote accountability and professional growth.

Build a culture of collaboration, transparency, and performance across departments.

Oversee staff scheduling, productivity tracking, and resource allocation to optimize service delivery.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement improvements to operational processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational benchmarks; analyze data to inform decision-making.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and payer regulations and guidelines.

Oversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable licensure and accreditation standards.

Support audit preparation and manage corrective actions when needed.

Finance & Budgeting

Assist in the development and management of operational budgets in collaboration with the finance team.

Monitor financial performance and control costs to ensure sustainability and profitability.

Identify opportunities for operational cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Strategic Growth

Support new site development, expansion planning, and integration of services.

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service access.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA therapy setting.

Strong understanding of ABA service delivery, insurance billing, and regulatory requirements.

Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management systems (e.g., CentralReach or similar).
