Your role will involve supporting deal creation through top of funnel activities such as identifying prospects, conducting cold outreach, and facilitating inbound leads.
This role is crucial for advancing our sales goals and supporting the Commercial team by generating new leads and supporting deal lifecycles. WHAT YOU’LL DO Research prospective clients :
Assist in developing a pipeline of new business opportunities targeting organizations that aim to improve their customer experience. Monitor inbound leads :
For example, assist with scheduling next steps, drafting follow up emails, or creating ad hoc collateral to support deal momentum. Events :
Additionally, SDRs may help to evolve our sales playbook by documenting tactics and templates that perform well. ABOUT YOU Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience engaging prospects through various cold outreach methods Comfortability with changing strategy and experimenting with new tactics Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Results oriented and a willingness to learn Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred 1-2 years of cold outreach or lead generation experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the customer experience or SaaS industry WHAT WE OFFER :
