Job Summary

As a Sr. Desktop Engineer, you will provide intermediate-level technical support for hardware and software systems. You'll troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding, and ensure optimal desktop performance for internal users.

What You'll Do

• Deliver top-tier customer service to internal staff.
• Support software needs and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Assist with HR and IT onboarding processes.
• Monitor and report on desktop performance (e.g., ControlUp).
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and support teams.
• Conduct QA monitoring and proactive data analysis in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues both onsite and remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to maintain a stable IT environment.
• Respond to support tickets, calls, and chats.
