SALARY RANGE : $13.78 - $23.10

ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS : In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.

CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.

JOB SUMMARY : To assist the Ophthalmologist and / or Optometrist by conducting diagnostic tests, recording, and measuring vision, testing eye function, preparing examination rooms, and handling other tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Accurately collect and document patient medical and ocular history in an electronic medical record.
• Perform and document a variety of diagnostic tests as directed by physician(s) to include Visual Acuity, Lensometry, Pupillary Assessment, Ocular Motility, Tonometry, Retinoscopy / Refractometry, Glare Testing, Topography, Color Vision, Amsler Grid, Stereopsis, Dry Eye Testing, Pachymetry, Confrontation Visual Field Testing, OCT, ASCAN and Automated Perimetry.
