Physical Therapy Assistant

Description The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in the provision of physical therapy service provided the service is rendered under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering treatment programs designed by and under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, monitoring patients' progress and response to treatment, reporting deviations from the plan and goals to the Physical Therapist. Required Qualifications : Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program. Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License or; New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant License - New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications : Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only) : Degree from an accredited program. 1 year Experience in rehabilitation. Why Join Providence?
