Responsibilities and Duties
Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections (with or without vacuum assistance)Manage high-risk obstetrical deliveriesConduct dilation and curettage (D&C) proceduresProvide contraceptive care including Nexplanon and IUD placementPerform routine gynecologic procedures such as pap smears, colposcopies, and LEEPConduct minor surgical procedures including circumcisions and vasectomiesManage gynecologic and obstetric consultationsDeliver care in a rural and FQHC settingAdditional Information
Must hold a valid California medical licenseBoard certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology requiredRequired certifications : ACLS, BLS, DEA, NRP, PALSExperience in rural medicine, high-risk deliveries, and FQHC settings preferredBenefits
